Aileron trim, autopilot problems

Aileron trim is mapped to my trim buttons on my (TM Hotas) joystick but not working. Trim does work. Just not with the joystick.
The autopilot works but the VS up/down is wonky (works sometimes, sometimes not.)
Everything else is awesome!
