Click spots are not working...!?

Click spots are not working...!?
Hello Chaps,
I am finding that not all of my click spots are working.....well about 5% are working!?!?
Mixture I can move and canopy I can open and close. All other click spots do not work at all?!!? Even my throttle animation does not work?!!?
What is the trick to get this thing to work correctly please!? I have uninstalled and installed many times trying to rectify the issue but to no avail!
I have followed ALL of the instillation instructions - which has been the very same for all of my other Milviz products and they work a treat!

I was away and had to catch up on a lot. It sounds like a missing library. What simulator are you using?

sorry for late answer,
please make sure you install latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable, you can install either x86 or x64 depend on system you have.
