Electric plant off

Post by farman » Sun Mar 25, 2018 8:46 pm

Hi,
I'm flying on P3D v4.2. In my last 3/4 flights, without any apparent reason (start ok etc. etc.), after some minute in the air, all of a sudden all the internal lights disappear, while the external omes are ok.
I looked at the MVAMS for some update, but my version is the current one.
Thanks for any help,
Fulvio Arman

That sounds more like a bug with the P3D graphics system where terrain textures sometimes appear in the cockpit. Can you reliably replicate it?

Hi,
I'll fly again today; I'll send you some image as feedback, if useful.

Hi,
I tried the same flight of yesterday; as you can see from the images, the shots taken at TO, and ev'rything's alright. After few minutes, interior lights are off, while the exterior ones are on.
Thanks for any help.
regards,
Fulvio

You sure the generator is on? I see you have the starter switch on constantly. The generator switch cover is just to the right of it (barely visible in your shots), and second from the PRIMER switch.

Hi, I'm sure the generator is on, but - of course -, I'll check it again. The starter ON is possibily the culprit? I'll check all the procedure again; feedback follow.
BTW, thanks for your quicke answer :D

Hi Jonathan,
SILLY ME!
The generator switch was "off", letting apart the starter left on.
Thanks for your help,

Fulvio
