Installer for P3D v5 [210730]

This build allows installation into v5.

Apart from changes to allow installation and configuration in P3D v5, no other changes or fixes have been made.
The WX fix is still wip, but will be posted here as soon as it's ready

Thanks for the P3Dv5 release of this fantastic plane. I am having issues with the levers (only the mixture works correctly). The others can only be set with the mouse, they don't move (although the plane reacts) when I adjust them on the yoke. I reinstalled, and reran the XMLtools but the problem persists. Just wondering if others are seeing the same problem. I use FSUIPC so it might also be an issue with that although it works in other planes?

Some users have reported issues with using FSUIPC calibrations before. You could try clearing those if thats how you set it up.
