likely you didn't disable your AV from scanning the sim directory. Verify this please.

Yes sir I did. No firewall on . Admin is good. Actually I get the copilot side but not the regular inst lights.

if you're seeing lights (and you're not pressing L) then you should be able to get the instrument lights to work.

Doesn't make sense that you can't. Pic please of the copilot lights on.

Landing light works. beacons are fine. I hear the click when I hit the over head light on the pilots side but nothing happens.

Its difficult to tell with the photoset what is lit , from what I see the lighting dll isn't working at all .

If that is the case we need more info ,
Is this a newer install of W10
Do you have the generally preinstalled VS runtimes
What sim is it
Do you see milviz_lighting_service.exe in your processes in task manager

Only thing that lights up is the gps and the associated radios right under it. Nothing else on the dash lights up. Win10 home latest up to date install. Sim is P3DV.4.1 I'll check the rest of your questions shortly.

Looks like this plane is now for daytime use for the time being. Tried everything I can think of to get the dash lights to work. I'll use the other DHC-3 Otter for night flying if need be.

Same here. I switch the instrument lights on but no lights. Really annoying. I really want to fly this plane and am wanting to do it as real as possible. But when things don't function it makes it difficult.

I'm using Windows 10 with P3DV4 and researched for the best Otter so would really like to have those lights working and be able to fly at night.
What am I doing wrong. Please help!!

No, I have not noticed the Milviz Lighting Service in the processes in task manager.
I uninstalled, downloaded the latest copy and installed it with no difference.

Something is stopping it running. Usually this is because full administrator privileges were denied during install. I am assuming you installed and are running as admin; can you confirm please?

Yes, Admin all the way.
There were no hiccups during installation.
