VR flights with Otter

Three observations from VR flight:

1. Unlike for default P-38, only half of the Otter is visible in VR. If you step outside of cockpit, only front section and wings are visible. Tail section (except tailwheel) is invisible. Only half of the airplane cast shadow on the ground.
2. Controlling carb heater in VR is quite challenging, it would be nice if it could be set using mouse wheel.
3. Functional stopwatch would be useful (as mentioned in other thread)
