Texture Shimmering

Hi

I am noticing some ‘shimmering’or ‘sparkle’ like effect on my T-38C . Particularly on the dark/light grey schemes (RA/CB).

Does anyone know which graphic setting might help me eliminate this please?

turn off HDR
