Missing Features When Installing C310R V1.160726

I just purchased a new computer with Windows 10 and decided to purchase the latest version of the C310R since my previous version is circa 2012 and had some graphics issues when I installed it.

The new version looks much nicer but I don't appear to have all the features. I do not have operable cargo doors and hatches as described in the promo. Also, I do not have most of the viztags in the virtual cockpit, especially the bearing degrees on the DG.

I installed both from Flight1 and with the installer supplied by Kat. In each instance I turned antivirus off. I have installed both packages as administrator and disabled User Account Controls both times. The viztags on the old C310 are there, as are tags on other add-on planes I have installed.

My computer has an i7-6700K processor.
I have Windows 10 Pro 10.0.14393 Build 14393
My graphics is with an Nvidia GTX 960. The driver version is 10.18.13.6497
I have 13 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Apps which I hope includes what is actually needed.

I am running FSX with SP1 and SP2 (I could not get Acceleration to install properly).

Also installed successfully are Active Sky 2016, Rex Essential Plus Overdrive 3.3.2013.715 and GEX.

Any assistance at resolving my problems would be most appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Just an FYI - a couple post down I posted about the lights issue being offset in P3D and Les created a post about some of the sounds missing as well... So it seems the new installers need to be looked at - as there have been a few issues reported... Colin (MilViz) posted in my thread - that the crew is busy with getting the Beaver pushed out the door and once that's done - they will revisit the issues here... It's a shame - I deleted the installers from about a year ago before I confirmed the new ones worked - as the originals seemed to work fine... On a bit of a positive note - Colin in another thread mentioned they are reworking the C310 up to todays standards as well... Sorry - I can't be of more help but I am just a customer like you...

Hi Kat;

The last version that worked for me was version v1.012011 but had some graphics issues in Windows 10 and some radio problems which were fixed in the latest version. At least the viztags worked!

The sounds work for me on v160.508. This is with FSX- Win 7 and the default_WX setup.

I believe this is the last version prior to the MVAMS.
