"None" GPS CTD [resolved]

Post by ssimontam » Sun Jun 07, 2020 6:57 pm

Noticed there are some earlier posts where when users chose "none" for GPS would lead to CTD. I am experiencing the same problem. Are there any resolutions? Reason I want to disable the default GPS is that it kills frames.

Hello , I have a solution for you , Attached are two zip files
There is a panel .cfg that is optional . the other is a set of configuration files that go in the panel folder / PanelConfigs file.

Once installed these will set the appropriate configurations up for the None and None with WX AFTER running the MVAMS .
The panel.cfg CAN be added to the panel folder and is what would result had the MVAMS been used , the combined will in theory fix the CTD .

NOTAM > these are for FSX/FSXSE only , not for use in P3Dv4.5 .

Chuck,

Thanks very much for the updated config files! Now, for the first time, the PC-6 weather radar works for me in FSX-SE.
