Thrustmaster Airbus Throttle Position vs 3d Position(Solved)

I bit the bullet and purchased the 180 Evo. After going thru hell and back I have the throttles reacting to the physical throttles. The problem is, I cannot get them to go into reverse no matter what I do and more to the point even at idle position on the throttle, the vc throttles are maybe 15-20% above that and pulling them into reverse doesn't make it go any lower as well. I did everything right in the MVAMS and I had to use FSUIPC to even get the throttles to move yet I am still stuck. Any tips or maybe someone has a config file available?

In addition, the little pop up info that shows when you hover over the throttles with the mouse both say "PL L (then the position #)". The conditions levers are labeled L & R.

Solved. Had to edit the axis.cfg file to say enabled as it wasn't saving for some reason.
