Accidental double T-38 purchase [Resolved]

This is my first time using Milviz and purchasing from the website so please excuse me if im using the wrong area to contact this type of support for my specific issue. I have no software/hardware issues with the T-38 at all in P3D V5. it works like a charm and is amazing to fly. the only problem i encountered was at my own fault as i accidentally ordered the product twice when i hit refresh on the shopping cart page as i had network issues and didnt realise my item was still in the cart after that and pressed at to cart again. essentially i unintentionally have two purchases and i am aware most flight sim companies have very rigid terms and conditions but if there was any possibility that i could get a refund or percentage back from ONE of the purchases or if anyone could give me guidelines as to how to properly contact this site in regards to this specific issue that would be very much appreciated. if not i do understand as yes professional online sim addon providers do tend to have very rigid terms. again my apologies if this is the wrong place to be asking for this kind of assistance as this is my first time every having to contact a site in regards to a 3rd party Prepar3D addon.
