Milviz F 4E (Not Advance)

Hello all. i had to recently reinstall FSX SE on my computer , im currently using window 7 64 bit,, i also turned off UAC,and disabled my virus protections. I can not get the F4E to operate correctly. The Tacpack and certain controls in the cockpit are not working. I saved an folder of the aircraft on my desktop ,a working version that was added many times before after reinstalling FSX SE. Now i cant get it to work properly. All other Tacpack aircraft seem to be working fine.Any suggestions from anyone Please? Thank you Kevin.
