Is there a VOR radio available.

I have a Windows 11 system and P3D v4.5 installed, and I don't see a Nav radio available. I see the ADF and the UHF Comm radios, but not a VHF Nav radio. There is a Range/Course indicator, but I am unable to adjust the course and unable to find a spot to enter a nav frequency. The course remains at 000. I'm surely missing something, but I am at a loss to what it is.
