No Ailerons with joystick

Post by Avidyne » Sat Feb 16, 2019 2:34 pm

All is good except for there is no aileron movement from the joystick which works on every other plane no problem. Only way to move them is arrow keys which sucks. Someone please advise. Thx

If you are using P3D v4, make sure your input method is direct input, not raw, in the options menu->controls->Other section.

I am using P3D v4, with a Logitech extreme 3d Pro, just changed to "direct" but no difference now no elevators. Beautiful bird wish I could fly and with the Presidents sale going on was thinking of getting the F-100 but not sure now

Please go to the MVAMS and make sure you have no axis assignment for the gunsight ranging axis.

So after a year of not having time due to my work to use my PD3 I'm back at it and would be very much appreciative to fix the issue where I left off. Your suggestion to check the MVAM was not the issue or the suggestion by Doodlebug. I have acquired the 4 Milviz aircraft thus far and other than this F-86 issue the others (F-100; F-4E, F-4U) all work great.
The other issue I have with the F-86 is the Cont'l 2 doesn't show the weapons load as indicated (see pic) or Cont'l 4 Tacpac (see pic) won't allow the selection of weapons.

The axis setup for both the F-100 and F-86 are the same, the F-100 ailerons via the joystick work but not the F-86.

Hope this can be resolved. Thanks for your help in advance

Can't see any pics. That said, you do have VRS's TACPACK running? The Shift+2 menu will not work for payloads in the TP version, but if TP is not present and running, the Shift+4 menu won't work either.

Also screenshot of your MVAMS control setup please.
