I believe all 3 of the aircraft mentioned require the use of the mousewheel.

the switches seems to be not working interior(out side all right)

When you say not working, are they moving but the cockpit isn't lighting?

it seems I can't reach . ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL FLOODLIGHT
all the knobs moving
when I look from outside it seems to be light
