F-86 Non TP Switches and Payload problem

I installed the non-TP version of the Sabre next to a TP version. I selected a non-tp one of the aircraft and booted it up in P3D V4. The aircraft appears fine, but almost all of the switchology in the cockpit doesn't work, the engine spools down, and when I try to bring up the configuration panel, I see the outline of it flash and then nothing, it disappears and shows selected in the menu. I can't get the aircraft started without the GPU. I can't load tanks or ordnance either.
I installed using MilViz F-86 v4.170607.exe, which executed normally. I'm going to switch to the TP version (knowing that it will not work from a TP standpoint) to see if I have a similar problem. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide.

Same exact problem on the TP version with one exception. Only the TP ACM will show. Everything else happens just like the non TP version.

Sounds like you are missing libraries. Try installing this:

That is strange, I run Visual Studio 2015 and thought I had my libs up to date. I'll rerun the tests later this evening (EST).

You are the same Jim Johnson at SWS?

Yes, and I just checked and I have the most current version of the 2015 VC redistributables already loaded. I have flown the Phantom without problems (the exception being I don't have Tacpack installed in V4). Would there have been an issue installed both versions of the F-86 (TP and Non-TP) on the same machine?

YOu don't need both. Only the TP version.

I assume all the non-TP repaints work on the TP version? If yes, then I will uninstall both, reinstall the TP version; if no, then I will have to find a way to update the skins. Thanks for the heads up.

They should both install without clashing so I don't believe that is the problem here. Some library is missing. You have Dependency Walker? Download it and open the milviz_f86.dll (located in the panel folder) with it and see what libraries are missing.

A bunch it seems...they are windows system, graphics, etc., DLLs that are missing. I'm not sure what you're looking for, can you tell me the suspect .lib file name or file name and version? Like I said my development environment is up to date as is the required redistributables.

Collapse the lists like you see in this picture and post a screenshot.

My sincere apologies, holidays and another project got me off track. Here's the requested shot.

I did a fresh install of P3D V4 (not related to the F-86 issue), a fresh install of the Sabre in P3D V4, and still, have the same problem.

Ok I just installed the Non TP version on my system and it works fine in FSX SE and P3D v4. If you right click on the relevant gauge dlls in your panel folder, and select properties, is there a Unblock checkbox or button?
