I'm starting to suspect a registry fault. Please check this: https://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb ... olicy.aspx

I went the registry location as stated and the setting that was mention is 0x23c00. What I found was 0x00023c00 (146432). Should I change it or is this the correct setting?

No that is correct. You mentioned reverting to the old dlls. I would like you to stick with the ones that came with the installer and put them through the Dependency Walker program and send me the screenshot again.

At the top of your Dependency Walker window. Should be reading Milviz_F86_ACM.dll not .dwi.

If you right click on those dlls, select properties, is there an Unblock checkbox or button?

I'm still trying to think of possibilities, but while I do that, try installing the x86 version of this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=53587
