…a couple of thoughts.

4) ISOLATION VALVE – CLOSE (right click)

The APU bleed air is on the Left/Eng 1 side of the Isolation Valve When closed, the APU bleed air only goes to Eng 1.

Steps 5) 6) 7) are logical…but shouldn't

13) ISOLATION VALVE – AUTO (left click)

come before...

8) ENGINE START – Right Switch to GRD

… since with the Isolation Valve closed, no bleed air is (should be) getting to the Right/Eng 2?

I also think

17) APU – OFF
18) GEN1 and GEN2 – Cycle (left click)
Should be reversed

I would think that first you cycle the generators - the Blue APU AVAIL light comes telling you that the APU is no longer connected / the Engine generators are on line. Then you stop the APU.

Update to the above:

With the isolation valve closed and the APU Bleed Air valve open, only the left side pressure needle shows an increase pressure in the bleed air system. The right needle remains a 0. This should mean that the right engine is not getting any bleed air to start it. I really think step 13) is missed placed. I think between the left engine start procedures, either set ISOLATION VALVE to OPEN or AUTO should e inserted.

Leaving it "Auto" is the preferred procedure since it removes the need to switch back and forth... ;)
