Unable to steer on water

This plane is impossible to steer on water at low speeds. Water rudders are down. Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same issue. I can not steer the DHC3T on water.
When looking from outside I see the water rudders are in the water and moving, but the plane just continues straight ahead....

Any ideas?

What sim are you using? Is this the straight float? Can you reproduce with the amphibian? Are you certain the water rudder handle is in the UP position?

Consider the problem as solved. It was a typical user mistake...

I forgot to lower the water rudders. Now steering is working on water.
