Product Requires Activation? [Resolved]
Good afternoon,
I just purchased the P180EVO for p3dv5 and installed. When I try to load the plane in-game, I get a product not activated message box appear and the sim shuts down.
How can I go about activating my product?
I bought the KA350i just recently also, but did not have any activation issues with that one.
Please can you look into this? What information do you require from me?

If you did have the previous version then it needs to be fully uninstalled. In some cases you must run the installer as admin or it can't write certain files.
Please email info@milviz.com with your purchase details and Osh can check your key for what may be the issue. You may have run out of activations, either way we will get it sorted.

Support, it ain’t the old install because I never had it. I just purchased and installed and when ran it shuts down the piaggio AND the sim with the error message about needs activation.
I ran the installer with the Milviz supplied code and it seemed to install just fine. No indication of a problem until I installed.
Hope you can sort it out soon. Wanted to fly it this weekend.

Did find the issue:
IN the ini file it says:
[GENERAL]
USERNAME=John Doe
COMPANYNAME=
PIDKEY=111-222-333-444
but it should say:
[GENERAL]
USERNAME=John Doe
COMPANYNAME=
KEY=111-222-333-444
Same as in the King Air.
